Family Medicine APRN or PA - "Float" Bedford, Raymond, Suncook, Hookset, Londonderry, and Windham, New Hampshire.

Experienced full-time Family Medicine APRN or PA, 2+ years experience : M - F

Elliot Health seeks an experienced Family Medicine Advanced Practice Registered Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant, as a full-time floater to cover our NH practice locations : Bedford, Raymond, Suncook, Hookset, Londonderry, and Windham.

Covering holidays, sick, vacation, and more. Administrative duties working from home when not in the office.

With a 24 / 7 adult and pediatric Hospitalist Services for admissions and inpatient care, our outpatient physicians enjoy a limited call rotation. The opportunity to provide inpatient medicine is available for those who wish to maintain those skills.
