We are seeking a full-time Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join well-established Internal Medicine group in Central Phoenix. This is a small independent private practice that has been providing expert primary care to a diverse patient population for over 23 years. They specialize in internal medicine and primary care with particular focus on cardiovascular health and prevention, management of chronic, complicated medical conditions, weight management, preventive health, executive medicine, palliative care, and medical ethics.

Requirements for this position include but are not limited to :

• At least 2 years' experience in primary care demonstrating a long-term commitment to primary care patients and building a small private practice.
• Board certification and Arizona License
• No active lawsuits and / or Board complaints
• Experience with eClinicalWorks EMR preferred
