Blooming Behavior Services is looking for dedicated and energetic people who love working with children. We provide evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy for children on the spectrum or with developmental disabilities. We strive to provide the best treatment possible for our clients. Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) provide one-to-one Applied Behavior Analysis services to children with Autism Spectrum Disorders and related disorders in their home. RBTs are responsible for implementing Behavior Intervention Plans, skill acquisition goals, and having a great time through play with their clients. RBTs will be supervised by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

This role will be 25 - 35 hours per week between 9 : 00 AM - 7 : 40 PM, Monday-Friday.
What you will do :
Provide 1 : 1 behaviorally based in-home treatment to autistic children or children at risk for developmental delaysImplement individualized treatment goals designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) that will guide your sessionsTeach and promote language, behavioral, social, and daily living skills in a fun, play setting to increase motivation and positive performanceRecord objective daily data through hand-held technology for real-time data collection that reflects the client's progress toward goalsAttend weekly check-ins and provide open communication to the supporting clinical teamOther duties as assignedRequirements :
Qualifications and Skills :
High School Diploma requiredPreferred : Associates / Bachelors and a minimum of 6 months of prior RBT experienceExperience effectively engaging with children.Coursework in psychology, child development, or social work is a plusPass background checkReliable car, proof of auto insurance, and a valid driver’s license requiredMust be able to lift 35 pounds and get up and down off the floor quicklyNegative TB test depending on placementMust be able to provide proof of vaccination against Covid-19 by the first day of workMust have active CPR certificationAvailability to work 25 - 35 hours weekly between 9 : 00 AM - 7 : 40 PM, Monday-Friday.Benefits of Working at Blooming :
