Northern Arizona Healthcare is hiring experienced RN's for our

RN - New to Specialty Training Programs

If you are a RN who has 3 years or more experience in an inpatient setting, and would like to train in a new specialty, our structured training programs will provide you the knowledge and skills necessary to expand your career.

Departments currently interviewing for these opportunities :

Emergency Department - Level 1 Trauma Center

(Critical Care experience preferred)

Critical Care Department -

Progressive Care, Medical ICU, Surgical Trauma ICU and CVICU

This role will be based in the mountain region of beautiful Flagstaff, Arizona

Qualifications

Education

RNs hired on or after 7 / 1 / 2016 : Must graduate from a BSN program within 6 years of hire into an RN position.

Existing Staff RNs : RNs hired before 7 / 1 / 2016 are not mandated to have a BSN, but are encouraged to pursue a BSN degree.

Certification & Licensures

Active, unrestricted, Arizona RN License or valid, participating compact license- Required

BLS - Required

ACLS - Required

NIHSS- Required within 30 days of hire

ATCN or TNCC- Required within 18 months of hire

Emergency :

PALS or ENPC- Required within 90 days of hire

Experience

Healthcare is a rapidly changing environment and technology is integrated into almost all aspects of patient care. Computers and other electronic devices are utilized across the organization and throughout each department. Colleagues must have an understanding of computers, and competence in using computers and basic software programs.
