Full support of subspecialty practice growth Building to 6 full-time surgeons Supports one hospital in one clinic Level III trauma center, bread, and butter Ortho, complex injuries shipped out Hospitalist team admits ALL patients, Ortho is a consulting service OR : Dedicated block time, flip rooms, Mako Robot Catchment Area : 250,000, also serving nearby Fort Drum, home of the 10th Mountain Division Teaching opportunities are available with accredited ACGME / AOA programs Watertown, itself, is a small city with big city amenities. Outside city limits, the area opens to large tracts of land offering rural or semi-rural living options. One can embrace open space, fresh air, pure water, organic living and Mother Nature at her Best. - Annual salary : guarantee $685,000 (in addition to WRVU bonus model) Year 1
- Signing bonus : $100,000
- Education Loan repayment : $20,000 each year
- Relocation expense reimbursement : $20,000
