Position Overview : As a Structural Welder, you will play a critical role in the fabrication and assembly of structural components for various manufacturing projects. Your primary responsibilities will include interpreting blueprints, selecting appropriate welding techniques, and executing high-quality welds to meet project specifications. You will collaborate closely with a team of skilled professionals to ensure timely completion of projects while adhering to safety guidelines and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities :

• Interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine welding requirements.
• Select and set up welding equipment and tools based on the specific project requirements.
• Perform various welding techniques, including MIG, TIG, and stick welding, to join structural components.
• Inspect welds to ensure they meet quality standards and project specifications.
• Conduct repairs or modifications to welded parts as needed.
• Collaborate with team members, including fabricators, engineers, and quality control personnel, to achieve project goals.
• Adhere to safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
• Maintain welding equipment and tools in good working condition through regular inspection and maintenance.
• Follow established manufacturing processes and procedures to ensure consistency and efficiency in welding operations.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and colleagues to provide updates on project status and address any concerns or challenges.
