A company is looking for a Business Solutions Specialist to facilitate the transition to Microsoft 365.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary SME and point of contact for migration, gathering requirements and addressing user concerns
Analyze and recreate existing Google-based workflows using Power Automate, ensuring compliance with security policies
Deliver hands-on support and training to employees on Microsoft 365 tools and develop comprehensive documentation
Required Qualifications
Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications including Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint Online
Experience with M365 admin centers such as Exchange Online and Teams
Proven ability to design and troubleshoot Power Automate flows
Prior experience with large-scale platform migrations, preferably from Google Workspace to Microsoft 365
Ability to translate business processes into effective M365 solutions
