• Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated Associate Family Law Attorney to join our growing team. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, sound judgment, and the ability to manage a diverse caseload with professionalism and empathy. This is a hybrid position, offering the flexibility to work remotely part of the week while maintaining collaboration with our team in Tacoma.

• Responsibilities
• Handle all aspects of family law cases, including divorce, custody, support, and mediation
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and settlement agreements
• Represent clients in court hearings and mediations
• Conduct legal research and develop case strategies
• Communicate effectively with clients and opposing counsel
• Maintain detailed and organized case files
• Qualifications
• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
• Active member in good standing with the Washington State Bar
• 1–5 years of family law or litigation experience preferred
• Strong written and oral advocacy skills
• Compassionate, client-centered approach
• Highly organized and able to manage deadlines independently
