Work Schedule : Monday-Friday, 8 : 00AM - 5 : 00PM; onsite at our Goodyear, AZ location. No weekends.
Pay : From $85,000 per year; pay commensurate with experience and skills.
On the first of the month after 60 days :

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Manage Assigned Existing Accounts
Maintain and build relationships by contacting customers, establishing buying cycles, presenting new productsApply knowledge of the industry and product features to complement and add to existing clients’ catalogManage accounts by tracking orders and following up on past due paymentsSolicit customer feedback to improve service / address needsIdentify Leads and Prospect for New Business
Answer inbound sales lead calls, respond to inquiries, and convert to salesProvide information, quotes, and credit terms to new clientsPrepare sales and budgeting information to determine price schedules and discount ratesCustomer Service
Respond promptly to customer requestsInvestigate and resolve delivery or product problems in a professional, empathetic mannerUtilize CRM to track activity, keep commitments and maintain customer contactTeamwork and Collaboration
Coordinate efforts with Production and Warehouse Teams to ensure product availability and delivery timelinesPartner with the Senior Management Team to assign new accounts and align portfoliosDevelop strong relationships with dealers, key suppliers, fellow team members and internal resourcesMaster product knowledge and build competency with software systems (ERP / CRM)Supervision
Oversee branch Inside Sales Team to ensure proper adherence to policies, procedures, order accuracy, and safety standardsMaintain and monitor staffing and scheduling levelsAnalyze and organize workflow for maximum efficiencyProvide training and development along with clear communication of performance expectations and goalsQualifications and Competencies

3-5 years of sales experience, generating leads and closing salesBachelors’ degree in a relevant field, preferredWQA Certification or equivalent industry knowledge, preferred
