This job requires a dedicated employee with organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills to run a dynamic program. / ppResponsibilities : / pulliEstablishing and maintaining relationships with the customer management, trade partner management, craft personnel, and vendors / liliConstantly interface in the field and collect ideas on how to make the site a better place to work / liliPlan events with assistance from trade partners onsite to show trade appreciation / liliSeek out, collect and collate these ideas in a running log and provide / present to management on a regular cadence / liliUtilize lessons learned from each event to continuously improve based off craft personnel feedback / liliPlanning site event details and aspects, including budget, logistics, customer feedback and approval / liliCreating reliable budget reports and submitting payments to vendors on time / liliRemaining on budget with each event cost, including creative solutions to meet small to large budgets per event / liliManaging events and addressing potential problems that may arise / liliPlanning for potential scenarios that could impact the integrity of the event / liliMaintaining a working knowledge of the complex needs of a wide variety of events / liliWork with local vendors to obtain special discounts for craft personnel / liliAssemble / Maintain a package that can be given to craft personnel as they enter the site to inform them of the amenities that are available to them / li / ulpCraft Hospitality Skills and Qualifications : / pulliBeing a motivated self-starter / liliExcellent communication and interpersonal skills / liliNegotiating contracts with vendors and service providers / liliThe ability to multitask efficiently / liliCritical thinking and problem solving / liliAbility to identify, assess, and escalate issues / liliSelecting the best price for products and services / liliAdvanced written and oral communications skills / liliDigital image content creation (Canva experience preferred) / liliBudget creation and management / liliProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Teams, SharePoint) / li / ulpRequirements : / pulliDemonstrable experience successfully leading a wide range of hospitality disciplines including one, or many, of the following : events, catering, front of house, corporate travel corporate, or Facility Management, ideally within a hospitality or corporate setting / liliA college degree or higher / liliA solid background in vendor / subcontractor management and project execution / liliA strong financial acumen / liliSuperb communication skills / liliAn ability to think strategically but also get in the trenches / liliMost of the day spent on your feet at an active construction site working with people / li / ulpBenefits : / pulliThis is a full-time position with World Wide Professional Solutions.
