Line Cook

LINE COOK – Busy Middle Eastern Restaurant (East Village, NYC)

We’re looking for an experienced Line Cook to join our kitchen team!

Requirements :

Must be able to work in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen

Willing to learn and rotate through all stations (grill, fry, prep, salad, etc.)

Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods

Must have strong work ethic, teamwork attitude, and attention to detail

Prior experience in Mediterranean or Middle Eastern cuisine a plus

Responsibilities :

Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen

Ensure food quality and consistency under pressure

Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
