Position: RN-Cardiac Cath Lab (Travel/Contract)

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care in the Cardiac Cath Lab.

• Participate in ongoing professional development and training.

• Assist in diagnostic and interventional procedures in the lab.

• Adhere to safety protocols and infection control measures.

• Contribute to achieving departmental and organizational targets.

• Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

• Engage in performance measurement and improvement initiatives.

• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and documentation.

• Evaluate and implement best practices for patient care.

• Utilize data to assess and enhance service delivery.

• Educate patients and families about procedures and care plans.

Experience/Qualifications

• Current RN license in Texas and BLS/ACLS certification required.

• Commitment to ongoing professional development and training initiatives.

• Ability to thrive in a performance-driven environment with measurable results.

• Experience in Cardiac Cath Lab or similar clinical setting preferred.

• Adherence to safety protocols and infection control measures is essential.

• Strong understanding of cardiac procedures and patient monitoring techniques.

• Ability to maintain accurate and detailed patient records and documentation.

• Demonstrated ability to collaborate within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.

• Strong communication skills to educate patients and families effectively.

• Proficient in utilizing data to assess and improve service delivery.
