Certified Coding Manager

A company is looking for a Coding Manager responsible for operational coding functions within the Health Information Management Department.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee recruitment, training, and performance evaluations of coding staff

Ensure compliance with coding regulations and guidelines while monitoring productivity

Facilitate professional growth and maintain collaborative relationships within the organization

Required Qualifications

5-7 years of coding and leadership experience

Extensive knowledge in Pediatric coding and coding guidelines

Previous management experience in Coding preferred

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

Current professional certification (CPC, CPMA, CCS, etc.) required
