Key Responsibilities

Create programs to help customers adopt features and learn from peers

Build dedicated spaces for community connection and actively recruit new members

Encourage customer feedback to shape product development and improve user experience

Required Qualifications

3+ years of experience in building customer and community-related programs

5-8+ years of experience in the tech industry, preferably in SaaS or cybersecurity

Familiarity with technical content and product roadmaps

Proven track record of creating scalable engagement programs

Experience working cross-functionally with product, engineering, and customer success teams
