Key Responsibilities
Manage customer communication and support internal teams by handling customer requests
Utilize ticketing software to track and resolve customer support issues
Provide inbound and outbound support to customers through phone and email
Required Qualifications
2+ years of customer support experience with ticketing responsibilities
1+ year of experience with Jira, Salesforce, or similar ticketing software
1+ year of inbound customer support phone experience
Associate degree or equivalent certifications in customer support or technical support preferred
Experience in digital marketing or related fields is a plus
