Sales Associate

At High Fashion Home, we offer our customers the freedom to choose from a large selection of high style and high design products that cater to their intelligence, creativity, and individuality — without compromising great quality and value. Our Sales Associates do not work on commission. Our team only serves as a guide to help our customers find products that evoke true passion.

The position will be a fast pace and highly collaborative environment. We want people who will bring tremendous passion and enthusiasm to our team. We are looking for part-time or full-time help that can work weekends in our Houston store. High Fashion Home requires proof of vaccination against COVID-19.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers in person and on the phone
• Develop a thorough knowledge of our online catalog in order help our customers find the right product that will reflect their unique style and personality
• Provide customer updates to existing orders
• Maintain a positive, friendly, and helpful demeanor with every customer interaction
• Assist the merchandising team with maintaining the products on the floor to ensure an amazing presentation to our customers

Experience

• Must be a strong team player
• Exhibit a positive attitude and great passion to the job
• Previous sales experience is a plus
