ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
In our agency, we believe every day is an opportunity to plan for a brighter future. I’ve had the honor of serving my community for the past 14 years, and being a State Farm agent has truly changed my life both personally and professionally. I was born in Mexico City and moved to Omaha in the mid-90s. Most of my family is still in Mexico, and I visit as often as I can.

Family means everything to me — my parents taught me to work hard, be honest, and treat others the way I want to be treated. I never imagined I would become an insurance agent, but this career has become one of the most rewarding paths I could have taken. It has allowed me to build deep connections within the community, many of which have turned into lifelong friendships. My incredible team works hard to support our customers across Bellevue, Omaha, Council Bluffs, and throughout Nebraska and Iowa.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member for Monica Rodriguez - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
  • Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
  • Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
  • Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
  • Leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
  • Willingness to engage in sales conversations.
