Job Description

  • Hours : Monday - Friday 9 : 00 a.m. - 5 : 30 p.m.

    DETAILS :

  • Conduct psychosocial assessment, assign diagnosis according to DSM-5 and ICD-10, create treatment plan, and implement treatment plan with patients in the Primary Care clinic
  • Provides psychotherapy and psychoeducation to a variety of patients, utilizing individual, family, and group models
  • Collaborate with primary care providers and make referrals as required
  • Experience working with Individuals with serious mental illness, serious substance use disorders (SUDs), individuals with HIV / AIDS, LGBTQ+, and immigrants
