Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic Recruiting Manager to lead and manage our recruitment efforts, specifically focused on attracting top-tier talent for clinical and non-clinical roles within Dr. Mobicare. The ideal candidate will have experience in healthcare recruitment, a deep understanding of hiring processes, and a passion for building diverse, high-performing teams. This role will be key to supporting our continued growth by ensuring we hire the best professionals who align with our mission and values.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment Strategy & Planning
Develop and execute strategic recruitment plans to meet hiring goals across clinical and operational departments.
Partner with leadership to understand hiring needs and create tailored recruitment strategies for each department.
Monitor industry trends and adapt recruitment strategies to stay ahead of the competition.
Maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for both immediate and future hiring needs.
Talent Acquisition & Sourcing
Lead the full recruitment cycle : sourcing, interviewing, evaluating, and presenting candidates to hiring managers.
Use a variety of sourcing methods (social media, job boards, networking, etc.) to identify and attract top talent.
Build relationships with staffing agencies, professional organizations, and universities to widen the candidate pool.
Ensure a seamless, positive candidate experience throughout the interview and hiring process.
Collaboration & Team Leadership
Work closely with department managers and HR to define position requirements and desired qualifications.
Provide coaching and support to hiring managers to enhance their interviewing and decision-making processes.
Lead and mentor junior recruitment team members, providing guidance and development opportunities.
Establish recruitment performance metrics and report regularly on recruitment progress and key outcomes.
Employer Branding & Outreach
Represent Dr. Mobicare at job fairs, recruitment events, and other outreach initiatives to promote the brand.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates, even when there are no immediate job openings.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance our employer brand in the healthcare recruitment market.
Compliance & Reporting
Ensure recruitment processes comply with legal and regulatory standards.
Maintain accurate records of recruiting activities and candidate communications.
Analyze recruitment data to identify areas for improvement and streamline hiring processes.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
Proven experience in healthcare recruitment is strongly preferred.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
