Senior Content Marketing Manager Job at Fluidra North America in Carlsbad

Overview Fluidra is looking for a Senior Content Marketing Manager to join our team in Carlsbad, CA. The Sr. Content Marketing Manager will play the lead role in developing the strategy, infrastructure, management, optimization, and analysis of Fluidra’s content programs for the industry’s leading brands, including Jandy, Polaris, S.R.Smith, Taylor, and others. This dynamic, fast-paced position establishes you as a thought leader, defining the company’s content strategies, execution plan, and budget allocation. The ideal candidate is creative and analytical with a strong background in copywriting and content production. This role is responsible for driving YoY growth in KPIs such as awareness, engagement, and site traffic. You will lead a mix of external agencies and internal cross-functional teams to deliver impactful content campaigns across channels, including social media, email, advertising, blogs, trade publications, and more.

Responsibilities Lead content campaigns ideas and secure budget by building cross-functional support.

Manage social media specialists and freelance copywriters; foster innovation and accountability.

Establish and oversee processes for content creation, review, and optimization.

Manage project schedules and on-time delivery of content and campaigns.

Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to align goals and expectations.

Develop and execute short-term and long-term content strategies for earned, owned, and paid channels; produce content from concept to approvals.

Ensure content aligns with brand positioning and storytelling; manage UGC programs to drive awareness and customer acquisition.

Build relationships with industry publications to drive PR opportunities.

Develop content experiments, measure KPIs, and present progress to leadership; identify operational efficiencies.

Stay updated on emerging trends and tools, including GenAI; experiment with new formats.

Qualifications 10+ years in marketing / copywriting with strong B2B and B2C content experience.

Expertise in social media strategy and execution.

Exceptional written and verbal communication; strong project management.

Experience managing direct reports and external agencies.

Familiarity with digital media, influencer and content marketing strategies.

Self-driven with ownership mindset; data-driven with strong analytical skills.

Knowledge of video production / editing tools is a plus.

Education Bachelor’s degree in journalism, English, Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
