We are seeking an experienced CNC Programmer for a permanent position in our dynamic manufacturing industry. This role offers the opportunity to work on groundbreaking projects, collaborate with a team of skilled professionals, and contribute to the production of high-quality products. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to develop and implement CNC programs for our state-of-the-art machinery, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency. This position requires a deep understanding of CNC programming, CNC set-up, and 3-4 axis machining.

Responsibilities :

As a CNC Programmer, your main duties will include :

1. Developing and implementing new CNC programs to support the manufacturing process.

2. Setting up and operating CNC machines, ensuring they are running efficiently and effectively.

3. Interpreting technical drawings and specifications to create accurate CNC programs.

4. Modifying existing programs to improve efficiency and productivity.

5. Collaborating with the engineering and production teams to troubleshoot any issues with the machinery or programs.

6. Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment in accordance with company policies and safety regulations.

7. Continuously seeking opportunities to improve processes and techniques to enhance the quality of our products.

8. Providing technical support and training to other members of the team as required.

Qualifications :

The ideal candidate for the CNC Programmer position will have the following qualifications :

1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in CNC programming, set-up, and 3-4 axis machining.

2. Proven experience in developing and implementing CNC programs in a manufacturing environment.

3. Strong knowledge of machine shop mathematics, material properties, layout, and machining procedures.

4. Proficiency in interpreting technical drawings and specifications.

5. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.

6. Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

7. High attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.

8. A strong understanding of safety regulations and a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.

9. Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively.

10. A degree or certification in a relevant field would be an advantage.
