Compensation Package : Total compensation ranges from $84,500 to $119,000 annually. Potential to earn more based on center size, mentorship of RBTs, and supervision of trainees.

Your total package includes a competitive salary, performance bonuses, mentorship bonuses, and opportunities for long-term ownership in the company.

Sign-On Bonus : Up to $10,000 based on your start date and location.

Mentorship Bonuses : Mentor RBTs pursuing their Master's in ABA and earn additional pay for your guidance.

Certification Bonuses : Receive rewards for each therapist who becomes certified under your supervision.

Relocation Packages : Available to ease your transition costs.

Schedule : Monday to Friday, daytime hours.
