Business Analyst

A company is looking for a Business Analyst to support the development and delivery of technical projects aimed at improving public health data usage.

Key Responsibilities

Document business practices and workflows, identify opportunities for improvement, and support process enhancements

Lead requirements gathering sessions and ensure solutions align with business needs while monitoring service level agreements

Develop test cases, conduct user acceptance testing, and manage vendor performance for public health data systems integration

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a technical field; MBA or related advanced degree preferred

Minimum of 5 years of experience in systems analysis, with at least 3 years in application or product lifecycle management

Experience writing Use Cases and knowledge of data visualization tools like PowerBI and Tableau

Knowledge of project management methodologies and change management principles

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience working in a virtual environment
