• licensed real estate attorney
• to join our Fort Mill office. Our firm is known for delivering exceptional service in residential real estate transactions, building strong partnerships with real estate professionals, and fostering a culture of teamwork, accountability, and growth.

• Key Responsibilities
• Residential Real Estate Closings :
• Manage and execute closings in compliance with SC and NC law, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and superior client service.
• Client & Realtor Relations :
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, realtors, lenders, and brokers; represent the firm with professionalism and responsiveness.
• Marketing & Business Development :
• Actively participate in outreach and marketing efforts to expand the firm’s client base and strengthen brand recognition in Fort Mill and surrounding communities.
• Leadership & Collaboration :
• Work closely with paralegals, staff, and leadership to ensure smooth operations, while mentoring and contributing to a positive, team oriented culture.
• Process Improvement :
• Identify and implement efficiencies to improve workflow, enhance service quality, and support overall firm growth.
• Qualifications & Requirements
• Licensed and in good standing with both the
• South Carolina Bar
• and
• North Carolina Bar
• (required).
• Prior experience in residential real estate transactions and closings preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to cultivate lasting professional relationships.
• Business oriented mindset with a desire to drive growth and build a brand within the community.
