Network Solutions Engineer

Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Network Solutions Engineer to join our team. The Network Solutions Engineer will be responsible for designing, testing, and documenting our organization's network solutions. The ideal candidate will have a background in network architecture and design, as well as experience with the configuration, deployment, and troubleshooting of networking equipment. Additionally, the candidate must have experience in writing technical documentation.

Responsibilities:

• Design and test local area networks (LANs), wide area networks (WANs), and Wireless LANs (WLANs) to meet customer requirements
• Develop network solutions, including design and architecture documents, and testing procedures
• Work with sales teams to provide technical documents to facilitate easy deployment of network solutions that can serve a wide variety of use cases
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including network diagrams, installation guides, and user manuals
• Test and validate network solutions to ensure they meet customer requirements and are scalable and reliable
• Troubleshoot and resolve network-related issues, including network outages, connectivity problems, and slow performance
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to ensure that the network solutions remain current and relevant

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in network engineering or a related field
• Strong understanding of networking protocols
• Hands-on experience with networking equipment, including routers, switches, and Wireless Access-Points
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
• Strong technical writing skills, with experience in writing technical documentation
• Industry certifications, such as CCNA, CCNP, or CISSP, are a plus
