Here at CGS, we offer an environment in which our employees feel supported, and we encourage professional growth through various learning opportunities. / ppSkills and attributes for success : / pulliReview draft Training Plans and collaborate with the transformation readiness team to finalize. / liliDesign, develop, and deliver substantive and role-based training as defined in the VCF Transformation Training Plan. / liliDesign, develop, and co-deliver VCF Substantive training for VCF staff on end-to-end claims lifecycle processes. / liliDesign and create user-friendly, professional quality graphics and communication media for How-To Guides, website content, and other communications vehicles necessary to inform and educate the public, law firms, and VCF staff about VCF Transformation and the related process and system changes. / liliIn partnership with the VCF team and the system integrator, provide support to staff to ease the transition and ensure a successful rollout of the transformed claim review and operational processes. / liliDesign and develop myVCF system training using training materials delivered by the myVCF System Integrator. / liliDesign and develop communication materials for internal and external audiences. Support the design and development of internal and external communications as directed by the VCF. This includes development of PowerPoints, handouts, and supporting the planning and execution of focus groups. / liliSubmit for approval by VCF all communications and training materials and track the materials through the approval process to ensure that they are appropriately prioritized, and any necessary adjustments are made. / li / ulpQualifications : / pulliAbility to design and develop comprehensive training approach, curriculum, and materials, including manuals, tutorials, and e-learning modules. / liliMinimum of 5 years experience developing training for clients. / liliStrong leadership skills to manage and guide the training team, coordinate overall schedule and activities with the VCF Transformation Readiness Team Lead, and communicate updates to VCF leadership. / liliAbility to manage multiple concurrent training workstreams, ensuring quality, on-time deliverables. / liliBachelors degree in a relevant field required. / liliMinimum of 7 years experience managing training and communications teams and schedules to achieve successful outcomes. / liliExperience with Salesforce preferred. / liliMust have experience using Adobe Captivate for training development. / liliAbility to obtain a Public Trust clearance. / liliMust be a United States citizen. / li / ulpContact Government Services (CGS) strives to simplify and enhance government bureaucracy through the optimization of human, technical, and financial resources.
