Now we are hiring a motivated Designer & Sales Consultant who thrives in both creativity and business development to join our team. A closer that thrives on commission-based sales.
Duties
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys designing beautiful, functional spaces and has the drive to build lasting client relationships through proactive sales. You will:

• Meet with clients in their homes and our showroom to assist their needs, lifestyle, and style preferences.
• Creative innovative custom closets and storage designs using design software, ClosetPro.
• Present solutions with confidence, turning design concepts into exciting sales opportunities
• Prospect and network to generate new business opportunities instead of relying solely on incoming leads.
• Manage project for first consultation through installation, ensuring clients satisfaction.
• Stay ahead of design and industry trends to bring fresh ideas to your clients.

What we are looking for:

• Proven design experience with a portfolio of work
• Confidence and enthusiasm in sales-driven role-you love meeting people, networking and closing deals.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency with design software a plus (ClosetPro, CabinetVision).
• Ability to balance creativity with business results.
