Nonprofit Controller

A company is looking for a Controller with Non-Profit Experience.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee financial operations for a portfolio of nonprofit clients, including accounting, finance, team performance, and client consulting activities

Act as a liaison between clients and audit firms, managing audit preparation and implementation of findings

Engage with client leadership on financial strategies, monitor financial goals, and present analysis results at Board meetings

Required Qualifications

8+ years of accounting, financial reporting, and financial management experience

3+ years of experience managing direct reports or project teams

Prior experience in a non-profit organization is required

Bachelor's degree required

Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks or similar
