About the Team At TikTok, our Product and Design teams are at the forefront of the creator economy, building the future of live interactive entertainment. This team is responsible for developing everything from interactive features and monetization tools to creator resources and safety protocols, shaping a dynamic and immersive live-streaming ecosystem. We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Sourcer to support TikTok's Product and Design Talent Acquisition team. The Talent Acquisition Sourcer is essential to ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience by managing the logistics of the hiring process. You will be responsible for partnering closely with Talent Acquisition Partners and Sourcers to schedule interviews, manage candidate communications, and maintain data integrity in our applicant tracking system. Your organizational skills and attention to detail will be critical in supporting the team to meet its hiring goals. Responsibilities : - Partner closely with recruiters and stakeholders to coordinate and schedule complex interviews across different departments, hiring managers, and time zones. - Act as the primary point of contact for candidates regarding interview logistics, providing clear and timely communication to ensure a world-class candidate experience. - Maintain and update candidate information in our applicant tracking system (ATS) with a high degree of accuracy. - Support recruiters in candidate management, interviewing, and sourcing across various departments and locations. - Support various hiring projects by helping to track candidate pipelines and ensuring the smooth progression of candidates through the interview process. - Identify opportunities for improving recruiting operations and process efficiency to enhance the overall hiring journey.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications : - Minimum 3 years of relevant sourcing experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. - Experience with sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and other social media, or technical forums. Preferred Qualifications : - Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience. - 2+ years of recruiting experience within the tech industry. - A proactive, self-starter mentality with a strong sense of ownership and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly with candidates and internal stakeholders. - A passion for the technology industry and a strong ability to embrace and adapt to change in a dynamic environment. Job Information

[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (Hourly)

The hourly rate range for this position in the selected city is $29- $48.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses / incentives, and restricted stock units.

Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
