We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Tax Manager Senior Tax Accountant and Staff Tax Accountant to join our team and make a lasting impact on local businesses! Youll be part of a dynamic team of professionals who are dedicated to helping clients navigate the complex World of Taxes. You will play a crucial role in ensuring our clients receive top-notch tax planning and compliance services.

Responsibilities :

  • Prepare review and file federal and state tax returns including Limited Liability Companies S Corporations C Corporations Trusts / Estates tax-exempt individual taxpayers and multi-state businesses.
  • Provide insightful tax planning advice and support clients in making informed decisions.
  • Review and approve the work of junior staff to ensure accuracy and compliance with tax laws.
  • Stay ahead of the curve by keeping up-to-date with tax laws and regulations sharing your knowledge with clients.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and respond to their inquiries proactively addressing any tax issues that arise.
  • Manage multiple tax projects and meet deadlines all while maintaining a high level of quality.

Requirements :

  • Bachelors degree in Accounting or related field
  • Licensed CPA or CPA candidate pursuing license
  • Experience in tax preparation and planning with a track record of success.
  • A deep understanding of federal and state tax laws and regulations and a passion for staying current.
  • Strong analytical skills and a creative problem-solving approach.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively convey complex tax information to clients.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team while keeping a keen eye on deadlines.
