United Systems Mechanical, LLC is growing, and we’re looking for motivated HVAC installers to join our team! Whether you’re just starting your career in commercial HVAC or you’re an experienced foreman ready for a new opportunity, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Do

• Install commercial HVAC systems, including heating, air conditioning, ventilation, and refrigeration equipment.
• Assemble and install ductwork, diffusers, and accessories.
• Use hand and power tools to cut, bend, and form sheet metal and hangers.
• Work on commercial projects across the greater Seattle area.
• Follow safety procedures and contribute to a safe, organized job site.

What We’re Looking For

• Mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Ability to lift 75 lbs, climb ladders, and work from aerial lifts.
• Reliable transportation and the ability to travel daily to local job sites.
• A positive, coachable attitude and solid work ethic.
• Ability to pass background check, drug screen, and DMV check.
