Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients at the front desk, ensuring a welcoming environment.
• Manage patient scheduling and maintain accurate medical records.
• Handle phone inquiries and provide information regarding services and appointments.
• Process patient payments and manage medical collections as needed.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain confidentiality of patient information.
• Support dental assistants with administrative tasks and assist in patient care as required.
• Eventually carry dental assisting duties.
