Use hand tools, power tools, and other manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently. Interpret blueprints, diagrams, or work instructions to ensure correct assembly. Conduct quality checks : Inspect finished products to ensure they meet company standards and correct any defects. Follow safety procedures : Adhere to all company policies, safety protocols, and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE). Spherion is hiring for Assemblers in Warsaw, IN!
Hours / Schedule : 1st shift : 6am-4 : 30pm Monday-Thursday
Pay : Starting at $14.50 / HR with a chance to increase up to $16.50 / HR after your first 90 days
- There is a productivity incentive that you can earn the chance to increase pay by up to $2 more per hour in your 1st 90 days
