Job Summary

The Site Civil Project Manager / Senior Engineer with take the lead on managing successful projects that meet or exceed client expectations while meeting JEO’s financial goals.  This position will serve as the Project Manager / Senior Engineer to plan unique concept solutions for a variety of projects. Projects may include site design for retail and commercial projects, land development work, and parks and recreation design.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Lead project teams, develop innovative designs, and ensure project goals are met.
• Develop project scope, fees, and schedules.
• Manage projects, create design documentation, and develop specifications.
• Mentor junior engineers.
• Coordinate, inspect, and oversee construction activities.
• Build strong client relationships.
• Contribute to marketing efforts and proposal preparation.
