Key Responsibilities
Own full-cycle recruiting for various roles across Marketing, Customer Service, Operations, and Finance
Partner with hiring managers to understand team needs and role requirements
Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies to build candidate pipelines
Required Qualifications
At least 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, particularly in marketing, customer service, operations, or finance
Minimum 3 years of in-house recruiting experience for digital marketing roles
Experience in healthtech, digital health, or telemedicine preferred
Proficiency with Greenhouse ATS and modern sourcing tools
Ability to manage a dynamic workload in a fast-paced environment
