Packaging Operator

Excellent opportunity to join a new and growing food manufacturer in Akron, OH where you'll play a crucial role in packaging a variety of frozen food products. Available Shifts : 1st : 8am-4pm Monday - Friday Pay Rate : $16.00 / hr. Work Environment : Bright, clean, & refrigerated environment Job Description : As Packaging Operator, you will be an integral part of our team, responsible for :

• Collaborating effectively with team members to package various types of frozen food products.
• Maintaining a consistent work pace in a steady-paced production environment.
• (Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not a requirement - comprehensive training is provided)
• Engaging in continuous movement, including standing, walking, lifting, and bending, throughout your shift to ensure efficient packaging.

Temp-to-hire window : This is a short-term assignment that has the potential to lead into temp to hire position based on performance. Requirements : Successful candidates will have good attendance, great hand-eye coordination, the ability to lift up to 50lbs, and great dependability.
