Security Officer - Armed Civic Patrol Driver

As a Security Officer - Armed Civic Patrol Driver in Albuquerque, NM, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Government, and more. As a Patrol Armed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol designated government locations, helping to deter security-related incidents and providing an exceptional presence for clients and visitors. This is an armed and driving position, where you will conduct routine patrols, remain visible to support a secure environment, and deliver outstanding customer service. Pay Rate : $21.00 / Hour

Job Schedule :

Fri 07 : 00 PM - 05 : 00 AM

Sat 07 : 00 PM - 05 : 00 AM

Sun 07 : 00 PM - 05 : 00 AM

What You'll Do :

  • Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as needed.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols around the premises and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify any irregularities.
  • Monitor and control access to the location, verifying identification and credentials as required.
  • Document and report any security-related incidents, observations, or concerns according to company protocols.
  • Collaborate with law enforcement or emergency responders when necessary, supporting incident response efforts.
  • Maintain a visible presence throughout the assigned location to help to deter potential threats and provide reassurance to the public and staff.

    • Minimum Requirements :

  • A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
  • Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
