Duties : Learn and support administrative computer software solutions including Special Education Management Systems. Responsibilities of this position includes fast and accurate data entry, training end users on software, troubleshooting software issues, resolving questions, collaborating with several departments, and working in partnership with vendors.Confidentiality is a must along with robust cognitive skills. MS Office knowledge skills preferred. Other duties as required by the position.Travel required.

Location of Position : RIC / Madison-Oneida BOCES

Term of Employment : Full-time, Monday - Friday 8 : 00 am - 4 : 30 pm

Salary : Dependent on background and experience
