Position Title : Infrastructure Engineer Sr

Position Location : on-site 5 days in office

  • Richmond Data Center - Sandston, VA 23150

Schedule :

  • Working Hours : 3pm-1 : 30am
  • Training - 8am-5pm; M-F
  • Days : Sunday-Wednesday

    • Must-Have Technical Skills :

  • Installation, removal, and maintenance of servers, cabling, and networking equipment
  • Experience with fiber optic technologies and structured cabling (including testing and remediation)
  • Ability to diagnose faulty hardware components and Layer 1 connectivity issues
  • Knowledge of data center rack power and connectivity requirements
  • Knowledge of day-to-day operational support of enterprise data centers
  • Strong communication and analytical skills
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technology
  • Physical ability to lift and move approximately 50 lbs

    • Flex Skills :

  • Microsoft Office Tools (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Use of ticketing systems (Jira, ServiceNow)
  • Familiarity with data center infrastructure management tools (DCIM, CMDB) Soft Skills :
