We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Controller to join our team. As the Controller, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities of the company, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, financial analysis, and budgeting.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (Master's degree preferred)
- CPA certification strongly preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or finance roles
- Strong knowledge of double-entry bookkeeping principles and practices
- Proficient in using accounting software and MS Office Suite
- Experience in public accounting is a plus
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

Skills:
- Financial acumen: Strong understanding of financial principles, concepts, and practices.
- Budgeting: Ability to develop and manage budgets effectively.
- Accounts payable: Knowledge of accounts payable processes and procedures.
- Forecasting: Ability to forecast financial performance based on historical data and market trends.
- Payroll: Familiarity with payroll processing and compliance requirements.
- Accounting software: Proficiency in using accounting software for financial management.
- Public accounting: Experience working in a public accounting firm is an advantage.
- Account analysis: Ability to analyze and interpret financial data for decision-making.
- GAAP: Thorough understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles.
