Maintenance Manager

Supervise maintenance and repair of facilities,and equipment.

Coordinate preventive maintenance program.

Manage facilities-related vendors and contactors.

Repairing production equipment.

Performing electrical and mechanical work.

Utilizing diagnostic equipment, such as multimeters and Dial indicators.

Ordering replacement parts as needed.

Troubleshooting hydraulics, electronics and software ability to follow wiring, hydraulic diagrams.

Working with other contractors and maintenance personnel.

Cleaning and performing preventive maintenance on equipment.

Compliance to ISO and all training requirements

Perform other duties as required by management.

• Manual Lathe
• CNC Lathe (2-4 axis) (Okuma)
• CNC Swiss Lathe (Tsugami)

• CNC Lathe (5+ axis) (Okuma, Doosan)
• Horizontal Machining Center (3-4 axis) (Okuma, Doosan)
• Horizontal Machining Center (5+ axis) (Okuma)
• Forklifts
