Responsibilities:

• Run in-home or virtual consultations with qualified leads
• Educate customers on ADT’s home security solutions
• Close sales with professionalism and urgency
• Schedule installations and ensure follow-through
• Log all customer activity in CRM and follow up as needed
• Represent the ADT brand with integrity and enthusiasm

✅ Qualifications:

• 1+ year of proven sales experience preferred (home security, solar, pest control, telecom, or similar a PLUS)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
• Familiar with CRM platforms (or willing to learn)
• Reliable vehicle + valid driver’s license
• Clean background
• Self-motivated, confident, and performance-driven
