Job Responsibilities :
- Provide technical support to clients and internal staff on accounting software and systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to accounting software and tools
- Assist in the setup configuration and maintenance of accounting software
- Collaborate with IT team to ensure smooth operation of accounting systems
- Create and maintain technical documentation for accounting software
- Train users on new accounting software features and functionalities
