Class A Regional Driver Paid Training

Begin your CDL-A journey with a regional position built for long-term stability. This role includes paid mentor training, dependable weekly miles, and scheduled home time every two weeks. Trainees and recent CDL graduates are encouraged to apply.

Job Details

• Regional operation running dry van and refrigerated freight
• 2,100–2,300 miles per week, consistent and predictable
• Home every 2 weeks for a 34–48 hour reset
• 4–6 weeks of structured paid one-on-one mentor training for trainees
• All freight is 100 percent no-touch

Pay and Benefits

• Weekly earnings of $1,200–$1,500

Requirements

• Valid CDL-A and at least 21 years of age
• No recent DUIs or major preventable accidents
• Must pass DOT urine and hair testing
• CDL school graduates must have a minimum of 120 training hours for trainee eligibility
