Job Summary : Responsible for efficiently managing inbound and outbound orders, this role encompasses various warehouse functions to ensure smooth operations.

Duties and Responsibilities :

• Request and review materials needed for production work orders.
• Prepare and issue materials based on ERP reports.
• Report material shortages to Production Data Entry Clerk.
• Notify discrepancies in production requests to Production Data Entry Clerk.
• Receive, unload, and store materials.
• Ensure inventory turnover meets established standards (e.g., one pallet at a time from VMI).
• Order expense items based on min-max numbers.
• Arrange delivery of required materials.
• Coordinate and perform cyclical physical inventories.
• Check for inventory inaccuracies and discrepancies.
• Ensure complete issuance of Work Orders.
• Adhere to schedules, training, operational procedures, and safety protocols.
• Report building or equipment safety hazards to the Supervisor.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Report any material shortages to maintain an adequate supply.
• Exert due care in the use of materials, equipment, and supplies to promote safe and environmental practices.
• Complete forms as requested by the supervisor (e.g., forklift inspections, receiving count logs).
• Perform other assigned job functions.
