Have you worked in a classroom, after-school program, or youth setting-and are ready to step into a leadership role? Kama'āina Kids, Hawai'i's largest locally owned nonprofit serving children and families, is seeking an experienced After School Site Coordinator to lead daily program operations at our Makalapa site.
This role is ideal for current or former teachers, instructional aides, paraprofessionals, after-school coordinators, youth program leaders, or experienced Group Leaders who want to lead a team while staying hands-on with children.
About the Role
As an After School Site Coordinator, you'll take the lead on program operations, staff support, and family communication-while still being actively involved with keiki each afternoon. You'll use your classroom or after-school experience to create a structured, engaging, and welcoming environment through activities such as :
