We offer this position a competitive pay range of $24 - $28 per hour and enticing benefits. This includes:

We're looking for a Dental Office Manager who understands the business and the clinical side of dentistry-and knows how to lead a team to success.

What You'll Do:

• Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure a seamless patient experience
• Accurately review and input treatment plans with appropriate CDT codes and documentation
• Ensure insurance claims are submitted correctly and promptly -with the right attachments the first time
• Confidently navigate financial discussions with patients and offer solutions that work for them and the practice
• Maximize schedule efficiency by keeping hygiene and doctor columns full
• Drive performance in collections, aiming for 100% or better
• Lead by example-supporting team growth, morale, and accountability

What We're Looking For:

• At least 2 years of experience in dental office management
• Strong understanding of treatment planning, insurance billing, and CDT coding
• Proven track record of increasing collections and production
• Confident communicator who isn't afraid of difficult financial conversations
• Tech-savvy with experience using Open Dental (or similar PMS)
• Motivated, organized, and a true team leader
