A company is looking for a Business Development Representative.
Key Responsibilities :
Generate qualified opportunities through structured outbound prospecting and tailored messaging
Conduct discovery conversations to confirm fit and urgency, and set high-quality meetings with sales resources
Maintain accurate CRM data and track performance metrics related to outreach and opportunity creation
Qualifications :
1-3+ years of outbound sales development or lead generation experience (B2B preferred)
Practical understanding of discrete manufacturing environments and operational workflows
Experience in selling or supporting sales in manufacturing, ERP, or industrial software is preferred
Familiarity with CRM and sales engagement tools
High integrity and professionalism with a team-oriented mindset
