1st Shift Assembler

Assembler - Manufacturing

Location : Phoenix, AZ (47th Ave & Van Buren)

Pay : $18.00 / hour

Schedule : Monday thru Friday Must be flexible to work up to 10-12 hours / day

Position Overview :

We're seeking dependable and detail-oriented Assemblers to join our manufacturing team in Phoenix. This role involves preparing and assembling custom heat exchanger coils, fluid coolers, and air-cooled condensers. The ideal candidate will have strong measurement and hand tool skills and the ability to maintain accuracy and quality in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Use a variety of hand tools and measuring devices effectively and safely.
• Prepare and assemble components for heat exchangers and cooling systems.
• Identify and select proper raw materials for each job.
• Measure, cut, and install materials with accuracy down to 1 / 16 of an inch.
• Inspect completed work for quality and precision.
• Recognize and resolve errors or material issues as needed.
• Follow company policies, safety standards, and production procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
