Senior Accounts Payable Analyst/Specialist

Job Description

We are searching for an AP Analyst in Boca Raton, FL.
This position will be fully in-office at this time and report to the AP Manager. This is within a team oriented environment, where you will be a contributor to the overall success of the accounting department.

Responsibilities :

• Monitor and process all incoming invoices in SAP
• Check request and runs
• Vendor maintenance and payment processing
• Ad hoc support
• Process expense reporting
• Assist with month and year end closes
• Reconcile past due invoices - resolution analysis

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in SAP
• Associates Degree preferred. High School Diploma required
• Prior AP experience - full cycle
